Floor Spring Door Closer is a mechanical door closing device mostly used for glass doors along with patch fitting. Mostly used where both pull and push movement is required. Floor springs are used is in Interior doors of a Business park, Malls, Hospital building.
Floor Spring Door Closer Function - designed to hold the door open when the door is opened past 90 degrees. Simple pushing of the door towards the closed position, activates the closer and it also commences the closing action of the door.
- A universal non-handed floor spring for single and double action door
- Used on both fire and smoke check doors and with its concealed application is ideal for situations, where aesthetic quality is not comprised by safety assurance.
- Designed to meet the requirements for all door types and can satisfy every application required, due to its versatility.
- Once installed below floor level, the mechanism is almost completely concealed from view.

- With adjustable closing speed and closing action from approx. 175 degrees, with hydraulically controlled closing cycle and mechanical backcheck
- Allows for temperature-independent hold-open between 75 degrees and 175 degrees (removable)
- Hold-open start point and delayed action is easily adjustable by valve
