Floor Spring Door Closer is a mechanical door closing device mostly used for glass doors along with patch fitting. Mostly used where both pull and push movements are required. Floor springs are used is in the Interior doors of Business parks, malls, and Hospital buildings.
Floor Spring Door Closer Function - designed to hold the door open when the door is opened past 90 degrees. Simple pushing of the door towards the closed position activates the closer and it also commences the closing action of the door.

The Dormakaba BTS 75 V is a highly adaptable floor spring suitable for all standard single, and double-action doors with widths up to 1100 mm and 120kg door weight. This floor spring is enhanced by its adjustable closing force of EN 1-4 individually regulated using an adjustment bolt.
