Kilargo IS7061 Astragal Door Seal

Door Seal - used to close gaps around door frames (the jambs and the header). Sound, light, draught, moisture, fire, and smoke can all be significantly reduced by closing the gaps along the door frame.

Door Seal Function - the seal has a spring loaded mechanism which lifts the seal clear of the floor, in a parallel motion, as soon as the door is opened. Pressure against the door jamb on the adjustable brass strike button operates the seal automatically.

Features:

• Astragal seal used with either plain or rebated meeting stiles on single swing, double doors (where only one door leaf is active).
• Provides an excellent acoustic, smoke, light, dust and weather seal.
• Seal has proven smoke and acoustic performance, sealing on two faces of the door surface.
• Thin fixing leg allows this seal to be face fixed to the door (no rebating required where sufficient gap allows).

• Medium temperature smoke leakage approvals to AS1530 Part 7 available on proprietary door assemblies
• Conforms with BCA Specification C3.4 smoke sealing requirement
