The Kilargo IS8011si is a medium duty concealed automatic door bottom seal designed for single-action doors in residential and commercial applications. It works automatically - a spring-loaded mechanism lifts the seal clear of the floor the moment the door opens, and drops it back down when the door closes, creating an effective barrier against sound, light, draught, moisture, smoke and fire.
It can be installed face-fixed directly to the door bottom, or semi-rebated into a 35mm x 14mm machined groove for a cleaner finish. The adjustable brass strike button ensures precise operation against the door jamb, while the nylon push-fit end plates protect the mechanism and maintain the aesthetic over time.
Available in six standard sizes - 380mm, 600mm, 820mm, 920mm, 1070mm, and 1220mm - in both standard and antimicrobial versions. The IS8011si meets the closing force requirements of AS1428/1 (Design for Access and Mobility).
