Exit Device is used on doors in public buildings to provide a quick and easy means of exiting a building in the event of an emergency, such as a fire or other life-threatening situations.
Exit Device Function - Operated by a horizontal push bar, which when pushed in a downward arc withdraws either the bolts or latch, releasing the door for immediate escape in the event of an emergency.
