Door Bottom Seal - used to close gaps between the bottom edge of a door and the floor. Sound, light, draught, moisture, fire, and smoke can all be significantly reduced by closing the gaps along the door frame.
Door Bottom Seal Function - the seal has a spring loaded mechanism which lifts the seal clear of the floor, in a parallel motion, as soon as the door is opened. Pressure against the door jamb on the adjustable brass strike button operates the seal automatically.
Includes:
- 1 × 1000mm (head) + 2 × 2100mm (jambs)
Features:
- Soft silicone bulb gasket provides excellent acoustic and weather sealing.
- Concealed, tamper-proof aluminium cover strip for a clean architectural finish.
- Slotted fixing holes allow easy adjustment during installation.
- Can be installed without removing the door.
- Suitable for commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and residential applications.
- Compatible with plain and rebated door frames (long backset latch recommended for rebated single doors)
