For purchases from this website, a 10% restocking fee will be incurred for all change-of-mind/incorrect purchases.

Returned items must be:

- unopened, unused and undamaged in original packaging.

- proof of purchase (ideally your tax invoice or Order No) provided.

- all returns must be sent to 12/33 Elizabeth St Wetherill Park NSW 2164

Upon approval, items must be returned within 60 days with postage costs at your expense.


PLEASE NOTE: Some items are MADE TO ORDER and NON RETURNABLE. For these items you will be asked to check a tick box to confirm your understanding and provide your agreement.



i) Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

ii) Products may contain warranty documentation on or inside the packaging provided by the manufacturer or importer of the product. Unless clearly expressed otherwise, any such warranty is not given by Sydney Central Locksmiths Pty Ltd (T/as Keeler Hardware).

iii) All other warranties and representations are excluded, except those which cannot be excluded by law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, where Products supplied are not of a type ordinarily purchased for personal or household use, the Seller's liability to you is limited to refunding the price, replacing or repairing the relevant goods in relation to which the Seller's warranty has failed (at the Seller's option).

iv) To assist us in resolving any problems you may experience, please inspect the goods upon taking delivery and report any shortage, discrepancy, defect, wrong specification or similar problem to the Seller as soon as you become aware of it.
