Night Latch is mounted onto the surface of the door as opposed to being mortised into the edge of it.

Night Latch Function holds the door closed with a latch which can often be deadlocked into position.

• Outside only opened by key,
• Inside opened by cylinder turn snib.
• Generally used with a face fix pull handle on the outside and a lever handle on the inside
