Panic Bars are push bars/crash bars installed on exit doors to allow quick exiting of buildings. (e.g. where emergency or panic situation could occur)

Panic Bar Function - Operated by a horizontal push bar, which when pushed in a downward arc withdraws either the bolts or latch, releasing the door for immediate escape in the event of an emergency.

Note: Panic bar only, mortice lock & external furniture not included

  • Suitable for door width from 665 to 1300 mm.
  • Supplied right handed, but can be handed on site
  • Successfully tested up to 2 hours (depending on type of doorset) on fire door assemblies in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1905.1- 2005, Part 1: Fire Resistant Doorsets.
