Halliday & Baillie Round Throw Locking Flush Bolt

Flush bolts are used most often on French doors, especially doors that lead to a kitchen, office, or living room.

Flush Bolts Function - extend into the frame head and into a floor strike to secure the inactive leaf of a pair of doors.

Features:

• HB 1830 is a larger key locking version of the HB 1810 and HB 1820 Flush Bolts.
• This bolt is able to be key locked with a euro cylinder providing additional security for sliding doors and windows
• To accommodate a euro cylinder the body of the HB 1830 is significantly heavier than our other flush bolts
• Weighs approximately 1.3kgs and is ideally suited to large scale solid timber doors of at least 44mm thickness, or steel doors in a lock box
• Bolts can be mounted to the top or bottom of doors depending on door detail.
• The cylinder position however will not change and therefore if the bolt is mounted to the top of the door the cylinder will appear ‘upside down.’ Ships with fixing kits and strike plate
• Not designed to be used as both handle and bolt and we recommend using with an additional flush pull (please see the HB660, HB665, or HB668 for matching width options)
• Ships with fixing kits and includes a standard 3pin Euro cylinder that sits flush with the face of the bolt (21mm from centre of cam to edge). Available in round bolt end only. Extension kits available separately.
