Raven RP39 Meeting Stile Seal

Meeting Stile are seals for frameless glass sliding doors.

Meeting Stile Function - are applied to a pair of double doors to create a seal over the gap where the doors meet. Properly sealing a set of doors prevents infiltration of sound, light, drafts, thus creating an insulated environment. It can also be applied to contain fire and smoke in emergency situations.

Features:

• A refrigeration type vinyl magnetic strip in an anodised aluminium housing
• Provides a tight seal for steel clad doors and jambs and may be used as a stop
• For timber doors, a thin steel strip can be attached to the door face
• The magnetic strip has sufficient closing strength that latches may not be required
• Provides an astragal for timber and metal doors. It can also be used in pairs on meeting stiles of timber doors
• Suited to infrequent use and door closer hold open applications
